 We learn from Chopsticks NY about May Chan Ramen, 119 2nd [7th/St. Marks] 212.982.4285, notable for serving not only Japanese ramen but Korean-style ramen, too. Chopsticks says their namesake dish is "is made with seafood and miso broth that has a thick, dense texture packed with flavor from being slow cooked for days."
