Correction/Clarifications on The Atlantic Yards
It would be quite a feat turning the NJ Jets into the Brooklyn Nets, as yesterday's MUG had it. Bruce Ratner bought the NJ Nets, not the Jets. Also, we should have made clear that Gehry isn't designing only the master plan, but the entire project. Finally, the 'meat market proposal' could have been more accurately described. The Fort Greene meat market was designated as an Urban Renewal Area in the early 60s. |
